Schedu 08h45: (sharp): pick-up at your local accommodation(Banff). Intro, sign waivers. 09h00: Departure to Lake O’Hara parking lot. 10h15: Line-up at the bus. 10h30: Bus departure. 11h00: Hiking 16h15: Line-up at the bus. 16h30: Bus returns. 17h00: Departure from the Lake O’Hara parking lot 18h00: Arrival in Banff. Hiking Itinerary To be determined with Guest. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: 100% of the estimate charges upon booking. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 72 hours prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. If the cancelation is made in less than 72 hours prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. Booking Conditions - All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company waiver of liability prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program. Read the sample waiver. - It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk. - In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. - Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes. - We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route.
