Service Description

This is a custom service for Denise Mier Stout and her Family. It includes 1 full day of private guided hikes/sightseeing with guide Samuel Campeau. A full day of service includes up to 10 hours of service including transportation. Included: - Pre-trip planning - 1 full day of private guided hiking/sightseeing - Professional ACMG Hiking Guide - Transportation - Lunches and snacks Price: Full day Experience: $600 CAD Taxes(5%): $30 CAD Total: $630 CAD An amount of $525 CAD was paid on July 16th 2022. Balance: $105 CAD, due before July 31st 2022. Hike: TBD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: 100% of the estimate charges upon booking. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 72 hours prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. If the cancelation is made in less than 72 hours prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. COVID Response: In case of an unfortunate event we’ll be flexible and adaptable. Booking Conditions - All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company waiver of liability prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program. Read the sample waiver. - It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk. - In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. - Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes. - We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route.
