Service: Private Multiday Guided Services Guest: Susan Yeres, Ellen, Partners and Guests (6 participants) Included: - Pre-trip planning document - ACMG certified Hiking Guide - Lunches and snacks (x6) - Transportation - 4x Private Full Day of Guided Services (A full day includes up to 10 hours of service) Itinerary(simplified) July 17th - Full Day Proposed hike: Rummel Lake, Peter Lougheed Provincial Park July 19th - Full Day Proposed hike: Bow Lake Falls July 22nd - Full Day Proposed hike: Lake Agnes teahouse and Big Beehive. July 23rd - Full Day Proposed hike: Arnica Lake or Taylor Lake Not included: Banff National Park entrance fees Price $650+GST(5%) per day of service. Subtotal: $2600 Taxes: $130 Total: $2730 CAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: A deposit of 500$ is required to book and secure the dates of the service. The balance should be paid at least 15 days prior to the 1st day of service. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 15 days prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. If the cancelation is made in less than 15 days prior of the day of service, the deposit will be retained. In case of an unfortunate event we’ll be flexible and adaptable. Booking Conditions - All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company waiver of liability prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program. Read the sample waiver. - It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk. - In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. - Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes. - We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route.
