Service: Private Multiday Guided Hikes Guest: Rowena Pallister Included: - Pre-trip planning document - ACMG certified Hiking Guide - Lunches and snacks - Transportation - 3x Private Full Day of Guided Services (A full day includes up to 10 hours of service) Itinerary: TBD Refer to the Pre-Trip Planning Document for hiking options. October 11th - Full Day Guided Hike October 12th - Full Day Guided Sightseeing Tour October 13th - Full Day Guided Hike Not included: Banff National Park entrance fees Price $500 to secure your dates. (Balance to be paid 15 days before the date of service: $1285,00 (5%GST included)) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: A $500 deposit is required to secure the dates. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before the date of service. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 15 days prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund including the deposit. If the cancelation is made in less than 15 days prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. Note that a 4% administration fee will be retained if we proceed with a refund. Booking Conditions - All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company waiver of liability prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program. Read the sample waiver. - It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk. - In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. - Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes. - We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route.
