TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: 100% of the estimate charges upon booking. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 72 hours prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. A 4% transaction fee will be retained. If the cancelation is made in less than 72 hours prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy Full payment is required upon receipt of invoice in order to confirm and secure your booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of service are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% transaction/processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of service are non-refundable. The 5% transaction fee covers non-recoverable payment processing and administrative costs. Additional Information Any changes to bookings are subject to availability. Weather-related decisions and safety considerations remain at the discretion of the guide/company.
