Payment and Cancellation Policy Multi-Day Experience Deposits: To block your dates, we require a deposit in the amount of $1000.00 with the signature of contract. Payment: 100% of the estimated charges must be settled 15 days prior to the first day of the service. Cancelation: 15 days for an individual cancellation. Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy Full payment is required upon receipt of invoice in order to confirm and secure your booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of service are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% transaction/processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of service are non-refundable. The 5% transaction fee covers non-recoverable payment processing and administrative costs. Additional Information Any changes to bookings are subject to availability. Weather-related decisions and safety considerations remain at the discretion of the guide/company.
