TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: 100% of the estimated charges must be paid 15 days prior to the day of service. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 72 hours prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. If the cancelation is made in less than 72 hours prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. The hut reservation fees cant be refunded in case of cancellation. Booking Conditions - All participants must sign the Banff Hiking Company waiver of liability prior to commencing any Banff Hiking Company program. Read the sample waiver. - It is imperative you disclose any medical condition that could put you, your guide or others’ safety at risk. - In the unlikely event of an emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable for any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. - Banff Hiking Company reserves the right to change or cancel any itinerary or service at any time due to insufficient enrolment, bad weather conditions or other reasons without penalty to Banff Hiking Company. We do our best to keep guests informed of any changes. - We cannot guarantee that the conditions or weather will allow an attempt of any specific objective such as a peak or route.
