We need to comply to everyone's ability in the group and it is mandatory to stay together for the entirety of the program. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment: 100% of the estimate charges upon booking. Cancelation: If the cancelation is made at least 72 hours prior the day of the service, the guest will get a full refund. Note that a 5% transaction fee will be retained. If the cancelation is made in less than 72 hours prior of the day of service, there will be no refund. For the Lake O'Hara bus Tickets, cancellation needs to be made 15 days prior to the trip to get the tickets value back.
